PLEASE NOTE: CLEANING FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE FOLLOWING PRICES
Many of the other floating homes add a cleaning fee to their published rates. We try to make it simple by including the $150 cleaning fee in the prices below. Our price increase hits on Jan 1st, so book soon. If you are comparing prices make sure the other house you are looking at has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, sleeps 11 and account for the cleaning fee since most use that as an add on.

For 2025 we are limiting our rentals to allow our family to enjoy the house more. Preferential bookings will be given to return renters.
